About us

Preparing for the transition of Central Booking Service to UHCW

With immediate effect, referrals for adult and children’s mental health services, adult learning disability services and children’s community physical health services should no longer be sent to the Central Booking Service at Coventry and Warwickshire Partnership NHS Trust (CWPT).

The Central Booking Service will be transitioning to University Hospitals Coventry and Warwickshire (UHCW) from CWPT on 1 July 2024.

This means that the 0300 200 0011 number and CBSGeneral@covwarkpt.nhs.uk will no longer be accepting any calls or email referrals for adult and children’s mental health, adult learning disability or children’s community physical health services.
