Ferndale Ward gardens get a summer make-over!
The gardens on Ferndale Ward at St Michael’s Hospital are flourishing thanks to staff, volunteers, and patients!
As the summer weather began to appear, the staff on Ferndale Ward decided to give their gardens a much-needed freshen up so they, and their patients, could make the most of the great British summer while it lasts; from cutting back over grown plants and planting plenty of new ones to painting furniture and power washing the paths.
The space is now tidier and brighter and a place where everyone on the ward can enjoy some fresh air, beautiful flowers, and hopefully some sunshine!
